1 Eligibility Requirements

• If shan789 has reason to believe that an account is being used fraudulently or by unfair means, that account may be suspended immediately.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits must be made only from the account holder's own payment method. Third-party deposits are not allowed.
• If shan789 detects any fraudulent payment, the balance in that account may be forfeited.
• Bonus funds credited from a deposit require the wagering requirement to be met before withdrawal (as stated in section 5).

4 Game Rules

Take the welcome bonus as an example — when you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw that bonus, you must complete a wagering requirement of 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks.

• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn as real money once the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• shan789 reserves the right to cancel any promotion without prior notice.
• Each bonus offer can be used once only. If shan789 finds that bonuses are being claimed through coordinated or collusive methods, the account may be closed.
• If a bonus is found to have been obtained using an external bonus code or by any method not provided by shan789, that bonus will be voided and withdrawal access may be restricted.

6 VIP Levels and Cashback

shan789's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The more a player wagers, the higher their VIP level can climb, unlocking tiered cashback and rewards.

• Bronze — earn up to 0.3% weekly cashback based on your wagering volume for the week.
• Silver — earn up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold — earn up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Cashback is paid at shan789's discretion, and shan789's decision is final.
• Cashback funds can also only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
